Design Mark
The mark consists of the trade dress for the packaging of gas detector tubes, namely, a white cardboard box that is 2 inches wide, 5/8 inches deep and 5 3/4 inches long, which exhibits narrow stripes crossing the width of the box at an angle. The top of the box is secured by placing the tongue of the lid into a slot on the front of the box. The box exhibits a distinctive green label, which passes over the lid of the box and covers most of the front of the box. The color green is claimed as part of the mark. Printed on the label is Safety Equipment Institute language.
