Design Mark
The mark consists of the trade dress for the packaging of gas detector tubes, namely, a white cardboard box that is 2 inches wide, 5/8 inches deep and 5 3/4 inches long, which exhibits narrow stripes crossing the width of the box at an angle. The top of the box is secured by placing the tongue of the lid into a slot on the front of the box. The box exhibits a distinctive green label, which passes over the lid of the box and covers most of the front of the box. The color green is claimed as part of the mark.
