The circle includes several light flares (the brightest located in the upper left section of the circle) so that the circle appears spherical. The text "Raintree Systems Inc." is white with a black shadow below and to the right of each letter. The remainder of the large rectangle, which borders the mark, is filled with green and black mixed together to create gradient colors which look like green marble. A black shadow is seen to the right and below the large rectangle.
