The mark consists of an oval (the oval is surrounded by a band with an orange center and violet edges) with the center of the oval having a fading background from white to tan, with the words "ferrero cappuccino" in violet, appearing in the upper center portion. Below the wording the drawing depicts a brown, striped confectionery product, with a liquid brown center oozing out of an opening with a tan foil wrapper base (with brown two stripes encircling the tin) simulating a coffee cup with a cream with gold trim handle and a spoon resting on a cream with gold trim saucer.
