Preparing audio-visual and print advertisements for others; creation and dissemination of advertising matter for others via print materials and on-line communications network; designing advertising for others for use in direct mail advertising, on electronic bulletin boards, and on the World Wide Web; advertising agencies, namely, promoting the services of automobile manufacturers and dealers through the distribution of printed and audio promotional materials and by rendering sales promotion advice

Providing telecommunications connections to a global computer network, electronic mail services; broadcasting programs via global computer network; transmission of data and documents via computer terminals, a global computer network and facsimile machines; providing multiple-user access to a global computer information network and providing access to multiple computer databases by means of a global computer network; providing on-line chat rooms for transmission of messages among computer users concerning topics of general interest and automotive topics; providing automobile drivers with information and databases about electronic mail messaging via electronic radio signals or global computer network
