The first five lines are written in all capital letters in the same size font. On the sixth line, "THE" is written in lower case letters, "JAZZ" is written in extra large lower case bold letters, and "& BLUES" is written in all capital letters superimposed over the "ZZ" in "JAZZ". The seventh line is written in lower case letters. All the terms appear in a rectangle with a circle in the top left hand corner.
