Design Mark
The mark consists of the configuration of a container for a solid two-colored transparent conical candy bar featuring a cylindrical opaque base which contains a "pivot" or "stud" to which the aforementioned candy bar is affixed and a hollow compartment located beneath the "pivot" or "stud" in which a small toy or confectionery product can be inserted, and a removable transparent cap which covers the said candy bar and includes a clip on the side of the cap to allow the said candy bar to be attached to a shirt pocket or belt.
