The mark consists a large circle in the middle cut in quarters, the upper left hand quarter showing lines of latitude and longitude. There is a thin line which orbits the middle circle at an angle from the upper right to the lower left. In the center of the middle circle is a highly stylized caduceus. On the outside of the middle circle and following the curve of the upper left quarter is the word "International." On the outside of the middle circle following the curve of the lower right hand quarter are the words "Circle of Care".
