The design mark consists of a human-like figure whose body is made from a collage of textbook and encyclopedia-type pictures, the details of which are to intricate to be clearly represented in a small black and white drawing pursuant to the guidelines for drawings. The design consists of an assembly of diverse fragments of pictures and words covering the body except the hands are solid red and the character is wearing red tennis shoes. Representative examples are: literature and encyclopedia knowledge, such as the words "Shakespeare" and "Romeo and Juliet" and "Bonjour" on the head, a microscope and a test tube pictured behind the mouth; encyclopedia-like pictures of a dinosaur, a test tube (behind the dinosaur's body) and a planet, a map and world globe on the chest; and pictures of a woman playing tennis, a basketball and an apple on the chest.

The lining and stippling are features of the mark and not intended to indicate color.
