The mark consist, in part, of a stylized soccer player with a soccer ball between the player's legs, the soccer player being surrounded by a plurality of concentric circular bands of differing colors and with the words "TOURNAMENT SOCCER" and "THE MILLION DOLLAR GAME" displayed in one of the circular bands.

In the statement, Column 1, line 6, "(football)" should be deleted, and, (foosball) should be inserted.

The concentric circles on which the hand is superimposed are shaded of the colors yellow, orange, red, violet and blue, which colors are part of the mark.
