"The mark consists of the colors applied to the putter's head. The middle portion of the head is lined for the color gray that contrasts with the two outer portions (toe and heel portions) which are black." "The broken-line drawing of the putter's head and portion of the shaft serves to show the position of the mark on the goods, and no claim is made to the putter's head's shape or to the shaft as features of the mark."
