The mark constitutes the configuration of the upper portion of the pole and basket structure, the upper portion of the structure comprises and uniquely configured parabolic set of hanging chains. The parabolic chains extend from horizontal supports located near the top of the pole and descend to a point adjacent the central pole where the basket is mounted. The unghosted portion of the mark represents the parabolically curved chain features and central pole.
