Additional Information

Design Mark
Applicant's mark consists of two concentric cylinders, with the inner concentric cylinder extending into the outer concentric cylinder. A portion of the outer concentric cylinder is removed for an angle of about 160 degrees so that the inner concentric cylinder is visible. The outer concentric cylinder also has sidewalls which extend from the circumference of the outer concentric cylinder to the circumference of the inner concentric cylinder, thereby providing a closed container. A cap is affixed to the top of the inner concentric cylinder. The mark is the shape of the container of the goods.
