The design elements in Applicant's mark include a distinctive cartoon portrayal of a smiling lion king wearing a well-defined crown, and bow tie. The lion king is framed within a circle. At the bottom of the circle is a furled banner which contains the name of the lion, "KING LOOEY". In addition, the words "KING LOOEY" are displayed in stylized lettering, and the words appear in a slight arc. There is a diamond between the words "KING" and "LOOEY", and a diamond in each of the letters "O" in the word "LOOEY".
