From top to bottom, the colors are as follows; for the top one-third portion of the mark, narrow silver stripes are superimposed on a red background, so that the effect is alternating silver and red stripes; immediately below the silver and red stripes is a slightly wider maroon stripe; immediately below the maroon stripe is a thin silver stripe; the remaining portion of the mark below the thin silver stripe is a wide red band; in the lower right hand portion of the red band is a square with a silver border and a maroon interior; the border around the mark is silver.
