Design Mark
The top of the mark is a narrow white horizontal band, immediately below the white horizontal band is a light blue diagonal section covering the upper right portion of the mark, immediately to the left and below the light blue diagonal portion of the mark is a thin diagonal stripe in dark blue, immediately to the left and below the dark blue diagonal stripe is a thin gold diagonal stripe, immediately to the left and below the thin gold diagonal stripe is another thin dark blue diagonal stripe, the area to the left of the lower dark blue diagonal stripe is white, and the thin horizontal line beneath the diagonal stripes is gold. The rim of the circle that is superimposed over the light blue diagonal section of the mark in the upper right corner of the mark is gold, and the interior of the circle is white.
