Design Mark
The mark forms one of the panels on the package for the goods. The broken lines around the exterior of the mark denote the edges of the package.
Other
Color is claimed as a feature of the mark. The main panel is shaded from dark yellow at the upper left hand corner through to light yellow in color. The word "MATINEE" in maroon in color. The inner circle contained within the winged horse logo is shaded from dark yellow in color at the bottom left to orange in color at the upper right. The dark portions shown in the annular portion of the logo and on the wing of the horse are gold in color. The diagonal stripes depicted on the right hand side of the trademark are, from left to right, gold in color, yellow in color, gold in color and red in color. The triangular portion at the lower right hand corner of the mark is gold in color.
