Registration limited to the area comprising the entire United States except for Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland pursuant to the October 1988 Stupulated Judgement in Civil Action No. 87-6245, Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Food, Inc. versus Anita's Mexican Foods Corp., before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana Division. Concurrent registration with Registration Numbers 1,588,275; 1,362,698; and 1,122,096. The trademark may not be used in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. The trademark must be used with a reference to the principal place of business of the owner which is currently "San Bernardino, California". A complete statement of the restrictions on use of the trademark is contained in the Stipulated Judgement in Civil Action No. 87-6245.
