The mark consists of a music stand lamp comprised of the follwing elements; a cylindrical lamp shade with end caps comprised of three concentric bevel-edged planar surfaces and rimmed by a smooth rounded bend; an L-shaped back supporting the cylindrical lamp shade, with a width which extends substantially the full length of the lamp shade, which L-shaped back extends perpendicularly from the cylinder for a distance substantially equal to the diameter of the cylinder, and which planar support surface then extends through an obtuse angular curve and continues to extend horizontally for a distance substantially equal to the diameter of the cylinder; and two gracefully rounded clips at opposite ends of the underside of the L-shaped back, while the end used to operate the clip is more gently rounded to conform to the bend in the L-shaped back.
