Whereas Registration No. 812,306 has been involved in Civil Action No. H-77-242, in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Wakefern Food Corp. v. Shop-Rite Durable Supermarket, Inc.; and Whereas the Court has ordered that said registration be restricted to exclude the townships of Norwich, Salem, Franklin, Bozrah, Lisbon, Sprague, and that portion of Preston west of Route 164 including Poquetanuck and Route 12 area in the State of Connecticut; Now, therefore, it is ordered that said registration be, and the same hereby is, restricted by excluding the townships of Norwich, Salem, Franklin, Bozrah, Lisbon, Sprague, and that portion of Preston west of Route 164 including Poquetanuck and Route 12 area in the State of Connecticut in accordance with the provisions of 15 U.S.C. 1119.
