The said trade-mark consists of the fanciful device shown in the accompanying facsimile, which is described as follows, to wit:-Within a parallelogrammic figure of the shape of a playing-card with rounded corners, as the chief characteristics is the representation of a safety-bicycle erect on the ground, and occupying about a third part of the height of the same, with an exact duplicate representation thereof at the other end, so that as the card is looked at with either end upward the upright bicycle is prominently seen. Between the duplicate representations of the bicycle is the figure of a bicycle-wheel with wire spokes. Attached to the hub thereof are three spread wings at equal distances apart; and at each side of the said figure of a wheel and within the perimeter of the parallelogrammic figure are floral devices extending to a solid exterior edge. The essential features are the duplicate representations of an erect safety-bicycle, and between them the representation of a bicycle-wheel with three spread wings attached to the hub.
